In a market where the speed of e-commerce has become a standard, traditional systems in distribution, production or pharma often run into the limitations of classic ERP systems.

AI must not invent discounts
One of the topics of the show referred to how companies successfully adopt new technologies. OPTI Software differentiates itself on the market through a pragmatic approach:

Marian emphasized that technology does not replace people, but forces the evolution of their competencies. While repetitive junior tasks will be taken over by machines, the need for software architects, data engineers and cybersecurity specialists will grow at the same pace.
Moreover, in the very near future, we will witness the adoption of multi-agent AI systems. There will be dozens or hundreds of AI processes communicating with each other to manage complete operations, perhaps even fully autonomous online stores in less than 12 months.
